Platinum Cottages is solely the manufacturer, and does not sell the homes directly because options and homes vary greatly, please contact one of our authorized dealers to get a quote.
Various models can be found at our dealer's lots, available to walk-through. Some models have a virtual tour via our website as well.

Every Platinum Cottage is manufactured at our facility in Malakoff, Texas. Our team builds each Park Model RV Home to ANSI 119.5 specifications using high grade materials and energy efficient systems, with quality checkpoints throughout the production process.
Yes. Our cottages are built to order, which means you can personalize your Park Model RV Home with a wide range of finish options including countertops, cabinetry, flooring, exterior paint, roofing, and more. Platinum Cottages are certified by the Recreational Vehicle Industry Association (RVIA) as park trailers and built to ANSI 119.5 standards. We are also NTA certified, including NTA Approved Green for energy efficiency, and Platinum Cottages is BBB Accredited with an A+ rating. Our Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs license number is 000492.
